GENERAL:
  • Good job, actors and directors!  Good job, band!
  • Michelle led the cast and Austin led the band through sitzprobe.
  • If you would like a show shirt, please give $20 CHECK ONLY (made out to Georgetown Palace Theatre) to Kristie by February 23rd.  Shirts will be blue and have the poster on the front and names on the back.  These are regular t-shirts.

CAST:
  • If you have a prop that you would like to have preset backstage due to a quick entrance or exit, please write down what the prop is and what page in the script it is used and let Kristie know.  She will find a home for it.
  • If you need an entrance cue (ex. You enter based on someone else's exit, but you can't see it), please let Meredith know, and she will make that happen via a backstage crew member.
  • Please look over your lines and blocking before you come to rehearsal.
  • If you have a quick change you think you will need crew help with, please make a list of what you need and the page number in the script, and let your ASM, Kristie, know; she will arrange someone to help you.
  • Please stay quiet backstage; actors onstage are finding it hard to hear verbal cues!
  • If you'd like to use the Palace's wifi, please use "Palace Guest".
  • Please remember that vocal parts are located in the cast Box folder.  Please review your parts!
  • Don't forget to take out what you bring in!  Throw away trash, put away chairs, etc., when you leave the rehearsal space, please!

PRODUCTION TEAM:
  • RON: Just a question/thought off the top of my head -- Do you guys ever use any type of thin carpet or floor covering in the wings to deaden tap shoe noise backstage?  
  • RON: Another question/thought off the top of my head -- Is there any type of skinny cubbie shelves that fit backstage for tap shoes or quick change shoes?
  • RON: Will you please L bracket the little table holding the phone in the SR stateroom to the floor?  I will spike it tomorrow.  (I am too tired right now.)
  • TAMAR: Do we have the glasses for Jay and the hat for Neal?  I looked on the prop shelves and didn't see them.
