GENERAL:
  • Cast who were present checked the spellings of their names and the content of their bios for accuracy.
  • Ran the show and Scott re-spaced and worked rough transitions.
  • Ran through "Anything Goes" twice.
  • Click on this Box link for all kinds of great information!  Check back often for new stuff!  https://app.box.com/s/txtj5gsyazass0dxz7q0.
CAST:
  • No scripts on stage!  Please look over your lines and blocking before you come to rehearsal.
  • If you have a quick change you think you will need crew help with, please make a list of what you need and the page number in the script, and let your ASM, Kristie, know; she will arrange someone to help you.
  • Please stay quiet backstage; actors onstage are finding it hard to hear verbal cues!
  • Thanks, cast and director types for being patient with me and Kristie tonight as we wrangled the set and prop pieces.  We have at least 3 more backstage crew members working the show!
  • If you'd like to use the Palace's wifi, please use "Palace Guest".
  • Please remember that vocal parts are located in the cast Box folder.  Please learn the lyrics so that you know them when we block the scenes the songs are in.
  • We need scripts out of hands ASAP, so please do what you need in order to make this happen.
  • Don't forget to take out what you bring in!  Throw away trash, put away chairs, etc., when you leave the rehearsal space, please!

PRODUCTION TEAM:
  • RON: One of the rungs of the vertical ladder that leads from the stage floor to the second level broke when an actor stepped on it.  Can we get each rung of the ladder reinforced?
  • RON: The second level flooring is uneven and creating a tripping hazard.
  • RON: There are staples and nails all over the stage, which are causing a problem for tap shoes.
  • RON: Is there any way to fix the unevenness of the stage where the apron meets the main stage?
  • RON: We need numbers at the front of the stage, like there are in the rehearsal stage.  Scott would prefer a wooden, black wedge with numbers that face upstage but can't be seen by the audience.
  • RON: Can the ladder that the cast uses to get to the second level on stage left get more padding?
  • RON: Can we have a god mic to make communication with those onstage easier?
  • RON: Side flats by stairs work fine
  • RON: Priority items: upper rail; ladder to the upper level; removing side stairs from the house onto the stage; evening out floor on second level and on main stage; staple and nail removal on main stage; side railings on house stairs; getting understair access SR; numbers on the stage lip
  • TAMAR: Thank you for fixing the phone to the small table!  Can you attach the phone so that it doesn't swivel on the table
MISC.:
  • Thanks, Neal, for the delicious birthday gift of yummy cookies!  You're my favorite!  *Shhh!!  Don't tell anyone else!*  (Yes, I can be bought with treats!)
  • Thanks to Craig, Tim S., and Rob for helping their ailing SM by carrying heavy objects like bars, deckchairs, and beds!
