Fridays & Saturdays -- 6:00pm: Crew call

                                    7:30pm: Start of show

Sundays -- 12:30pm: Crew call
                  1:00pm: Cast call and set load in
                  1:15pm: Mic check followed by vocal warmups
                  1:30pm: House opens
                  2:00pm: Start of show

  • RON: Kristie reports that the stage left backstage monitor isn't putting out any sound.  It started cutting in and out and then went silent.  We tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but to no avail.
  • RON: Callie reports that the projector wasn't showing script in preshow, so she shuttered and unshuttered it several times before it would work.  During Act I, it flashed, lighting up the stage, so she turned it off during intermission.
  • TAMAR: We need another can of shaving cream.
  • TAMAR: We're going to use the butterfly net from the PEPC since the kids' shows are over.
  • A senior patron fell on the house right stairs, causing her to bleed.  Jan, our house manager, helped her and cleaned up the blood.  House had to be held an extra 17 minutes.
