GENERAL:
  • Abby will be out Sunday, March 29, 2015.  We will follow the same procedures/changes we did when she was out before.
  • Some notes from Scott: Please watch your pacing.  You have to guide the audience and cannot let audience reactions determine your pace.  Please do not add things to the show that were not originally in there if it alters the pacing that was so painstakingly created.  In general, we put together a really good show for opening weekend and don't need to alter it, add to it, or adjust it to keep it interesting.  We sold out because people want to see that show, not a new one.  Absolutely keep finding new stuff to play with, but if it affects the pacing of the show, please do not add in new gags, jokes, or takes.  I love you all, but I will have to request that you take them back out when I see them.

  • CALLIE: When you are ready to turn off the post show music, please wait until the song has ended or fade it out.
  • KRISTIE: There is a chipped area on the facing of the 8th step up on the stage right side that needs to be painted.
  • KRISTIE: Is there a way to tone down the new spike tape?  It really stands out from the floor, especially when viewed from the balcony.

                  1:00pm: Cast call and set load in
                  1:15pm: Mic check followed by vocal warmups
                  1:30pm: House opens
                  2:00pm: Start of show

PRODUCTION TEAM:
  • TAMAR: The butterfly net is missing.  Kristie and crew have looked everywhere but to no avail.  Do you know where it is or is there a replacement?
